TROUBLESHOOTING

The first step to trouble-shooting almost any problem with an electronicdevice is to turn the device off, wait a few seconds and then turn it back onagain.

 

This operation can generally solve the following issues:

 

  • phone will not make or receive call

  • phone is frozen

  • phone doesn’t have internet access

 

If your phone has lost internet connectivity, try the following:
 

  • First, check to see if the Mobile data checkmark is on (often times the mobile data gets turned off by mistake.)

  • If the Mobile data is on, then go to mobile networks and check the APN (Access Point Names). Each company uses a specific language in order to get access to the internet.  For example, T Mobile uses the following configuration: fast.t-mobile.com.  Check to make sure yours is correct.
